The role
You will be responsible for opening files, data entry, client contact, administration, and some legal secretarial duties, supporting the office and the legal team to continue to deliver exceptional services to all clients. The role will suit someone who is willing to upskill and is looking for professional development. We want to support you to grow and be the best that you can be. Ideally, as you become established in the role and company you will be able to assist our clients at a higher level.
Responsibilities
* Answering the telephone, responding to basic questions
* Opening files
* Sending paperwork to clients
* Scheduling appointments
* Post and Courier implementation
* General administration
* Legal secretarial support
Skill and Experience
* Prior Secretarial experience highly desirable.
* Prior Law Firm or Real Estate Experience is highly desirable
* Typing skills of 60-70 wpm
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suites
* An analytical eye for detail
* Solution focused mindset
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong team orientation and attitude
* Keen to grow and learn
* Flexible
* Dedicated to providing quality and exceptional service to clients.
* Use of Leap Cloud software would be a high advantage
