Regional Sales Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our ANZ region and drive sustainable growth across Australia and New Zealand.
This pivotal role requires a commercially savvy and strategic leader to develop and execute sales strategies, build high-value customer relationships, and oversee distributor relationships.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
* Build and manage high-value customer relationships with major national retailers and key independent partners.
* Lead the execution of trade marketing programs and ensure effective range reviews and pricing strategies.
* Leverage category, shopper, and sales data to deliver insights and improve performance.
* Lead and support Brand Ambassadors and collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and brand campaigns.
* Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in sales within the beer, wine, spirits, or FMCG sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver growth through strategic planning.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Deep understanding of both major national retail and independent channels.
* Confidence working independently and managing remote teams.
* Expertise in pricing strategy, range planning, planograms, and category management.
* Experience leading teams and aligning them with commercial goals.
* Strong analytical capabilities to interpret and act on insights and performance data.
