Job Opportunity: Experienced Accountant
We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant - ICT Finance Business Partner to lead our end-to-end ICT cost processes across the ACCIONA Group.
This role will oversee ICT budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and cost recovery.
You will optimize internal controls, drive process improvements, and facilitate month-end activities.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will also manage and mentor the ICT administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report and Analyze Results: Provide insightful analysis of actual results against budgets and forecasts.
* ICT Budget Preparation: Own the preparation of ICT budgets, variance analysis, and forecasting.
* Cost Management: Control ICT costs and implement effective cost management strategies.
* Cost Recovery: Manage ICT cost recovery processes and deliver accurate reporting.
* Internal Controls: Optimize and improve internal controls and financial processes.
* Month-End Close: Facilitate timely month-end close and ensure timely reporting.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the ICT administration team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA qualification preferred.
Expertise in ICT cost management, financial control, and ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proven leadership and business partnering skills to influence senior stakeholders.
