Job Description
Shape the future of our growing national workforce. Reporting directly to the National Director | People & Performance, this is a high-impact role for a skilled HR leader ready to drive strategic outcomes and deliver hands-on support across multiple offices and stakeholder groups in the business.
About the Role
This role plays a pivotal part in executing our national HR strategy while providing expert guidance to specific business lines across Australia. You'll be supported by a high-performing HR team, work closely with our leaders to deliver both our HR programs and tailored HR solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business.
Nurturing and growing a high potential team of HR professionals
Executing our annual HR projects with a focus on continually driving higher value outcomes
Managing complex employee relations issues with professionalism and best practice
Driving employee engagement, retention, and cultural initiatives
Providing trusted advice on performance management, coaching, and leadership development
Responsibility for integrating acquisitions as part of our growth strategy
Continually evolving our HRIS functionality and roadmap (SuccessFactors)

Qualifications
You're a confident and capable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
Leadership experience within a HR function, ideally within professional services.
Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and HR best practices
Experience within a large corporate environment
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
