Job DescriptionThe Corporate Receptionist is responsible for providing quality management and coordination of the front of house area by ensuring clients, visitors and staff are welcomed warmly with all needs met in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner. This role is a 12-month parental leave cover.
1. Coordinating front of house services to ensure all tasks & requests are completed in a timely and highly efficient and effective manner. Including coordination of daily reservations and room allocations, greeting clients attending daily events, monitoring AskCody bookings, ensuring meeting rooms are set per standard, supporting the National Switchboard, handling complaints, reporting maintenance issues and calendar and diary management. The right candidate will a foster positive teamwork culture.
2. Coordinating external events including planning office events and liaising with event hosts for end to end services.
3. Calendar management, monitoring stock of consumables and miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
4. Processing invoices and utilising booking platforms.
