The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Representative to take ownership of our North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast territory. This is a field-based role suited to a proven relationship builder who understands consultative B2B sales and enjoys uncovering opportunities, solving client challenges, and closing deals. You'll be working with hospitality operators, business owners, and project stakeholders, representing a business with a strong reputation and a comprehensive solution offering—not just products.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and grow an established sales territory across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry contacts
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across hospitality and commercial food service sectors
* Understand client needs and recommend tailored equipment, design, and fit-out solutions
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
* Work closely with internal design, project, and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets
* Represent the Hiller brand professionally in the market
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience managing a sales pipeline and working independently in a territory-based role
* A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer challenges and present practical solutions
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Hospitality, food service, fit-out, or commercial equipment industry experience is highly regarded
