We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide high-quality support for staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting users with their computers, applications, and devices while ensuring a seamless IT experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and tablets.
* Troubleshoot Office 365, Adobe, and enterprise software.
* Manage user accounts in Azure Active Directory.
* Assist with printers, POS systems, and other peripherals.
* Provide walk-up and remote support with a customer-centric approach.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' IT support experience in a corporate environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software platforms.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* ITIL/technical certifications (desired).
