About The Role
In this role, you'll deliver offshore survival and safety training to participants working in Oil & Gas and other high-risk industries.
You'll be responsible for:
* Facilitating engaging practical and theoretical training
* Assessing participant competency and knowledge
* Ensuring training meets industry, RTO and safety standards
* Creating a positive learning environment that promotes strong safety behaviours
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your experience genuinely makes a difference.
What You'll Bring
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
(or equivalent)
* Relevant industry experience (Offshore, Maritime, Mining, Emergency Services or similar)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A calm, adaptable and professional approach in dynamic situations
* A passion for high-quality, engaging training
Highly regarded:
* HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
* Open Water certification (ERGT will support successful candidates to progress to Rescue-level certification)
