Your Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you will be part of a motivated and passionate team working in our Retail Store. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs within our industry, and fulfilling those requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will be a team player who cares intensely about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be curious and willing to learn the core elements of the lighting industry and have a result-orientated mindset and motivation to share in our company's success. Previous experience working in a customer service and sales driven retail environment is essential.

Key skills and core competencies required but not limited to:
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a retail environment
* Strong customer service focus with a consultative sales approach
* Ability to confidently recommend and upsell products based on customer needs
* Strong computer literacy, including POS systems and Microsoft Office
* Excellent grammar, written, and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset
* Previous experience in a retail sales and customer service environment is essential
* Experience in the lighting industry is a bonus (training provided)
