Design and deliver advanced automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
Identify automation opportunities through consultation with business stakeholders.
Develop reusable components, technical standards, and clear documentation for scalability.
Uplift low-code/no-code capability and support the Developer Community of Practice.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and citizen developers.
Ensure governance, environment management, and security compliance.
Work within Agile delivery frameworks for timely, high-quality deployment.
The Successful Applicant A successful Automation Developer / Specialist should have: Exposure to Power Platform / Power Automate / Power Apps / Power Tools / Power BI Relevant qualifications in technology, engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical skills in automation tools and systems.
Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector is highly regarded.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies.
