About the Role
Care Worker is a vital position within an aged care facility. The job involves providing daily living assistance, such as showering and dressing residents, and assisting with medication administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing compassionate care to residents living in our facility.
* Assisting with daily tasks, including showering, personal hygiene, and dressing.
* Helping residents at mealtimes and with general mobility.
Requirements:
* A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) is essential.
* Previous experience in Aged Care or Community Care is preferred but not mandatory.
* Adaptability, empathy, and strong communication skills are crucial.
