We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team in supporting the delivery of quality mental health care across the community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment, assisting in the smooth running of our Choice of Mind and Healthy Minds services.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Mental Health Independent Contractors Team Lead and report to the General Manager, ensuring the seamless coordination of referrals, payments, and data integrity processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing and improving operational systems, tools, and procedures around referrals, payments, and capacity monitoring.
* Process referrals, manage episodes of care, and coordinate the fortnightly provider payment cycle.
* Maintain accurate, clean data in our systems, supporting compliance and quality reporting.
* Communicate with contracted Providers and Customers through various channels.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure integrated care and consistent communication with Providers.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the efficient operation of our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A strong sense of purpose, natural organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases, with experience in referral systems, data entry, and administrative support.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with social determinants of health and underserved populations, with tertiary qualifications desirable.
* A valid Working with Children Check and Police Check, as well as a current driver's licence.
