We are currently seeking a qualified HD Fitter / Plant Mechanic to join our tight-knit crew, embedded at a major Tier-One construction contractor's facility in Berkeley Vale.

You will be responsible for maintaining a diverse fleet, splitting your time between the Berkeley Vale workshop and local field service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repair of a diverse fleet including earthmoving equipment, paving machinery, heavy trucks, and ancillary plant.
* A dynamic mix of workshop-based repairs and infield service/breakdown response.
* Working collaboratively in a highly productive team environment to ensure maximum fleet uptime and reliability.
* Upholding the highest standards of safety and quality on a major client site.
What You Bring to the Table:
* Relevant Trade Qualification (HD Fitter / Mobile Plant Mechanic).
* Current Driver’s License (HR preferred but not strictly essential).
* Proven experience in heavy earthmoving, mobile plant, or civil construction fleet maintenance.
* A strong work ethic, high safety standards, and a team-player attitude.
