Job Details
This role will work within a multi-discipline delivery team, following agile principles to support continuous improvement and ongoing maturity of IP Australia's corporate website.
Working closely with the corporate website Product Owner, content authors, end users, developers and technical specialists, the role will conduct analysis and define requirements to assist IP Australia to plan, prepare and execute significant delivery activities in the first half of 2026 and beyond.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the corporate website product team, tasks will include:
* Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs and express these as user stories and requirements.
* Conducting research and in-depth analysis of existing business processes and products.
* Collaborating with subject matter experts, end users, product owners, architects, developers and testers to design and deliver solutions.
* Sprint planning with delivery teams.
* Assisting the Product Owner to run agile ceremonies.
* Being part of a progressive and modern delivery team responsible for transforming IP Australias digital services and delivering innovative customer-centric solutions.
In addition, the role will:
* Contribute to agile, delivery and project management practices within IP Australia.
* Support an ongoing continuous improvement delivery focus.
* Provide technical advice to software engineers, data scientists and executive stakeholders in-person, via presentations, Teams, email and formal documentation as required.
