Our friendly IT team have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Desk analyst who has a passion for all things technology to join the team in Perth. This role upholds excellence in all Service Delivery and Service Management Activities in accordance with ITIL principles.

The purpose of the role will be to be the first point of contact for internal customers and provide basic troubleshooting of IT technical issues, or escalating issues accordingly. You will be part of a dynamic team in an ever-changing environment that takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
**Based in Perth and reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, this role will include the following**:
- Responsible for quick resolution of critical IT support issues.
- Responsible for ensuring all support requests are logged and tracked in the Service Now Tool.
- Responding to all customer's queries in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Providing after-hours support as required on a monthly rotation.
- Assist with system administration and asset management tasks
**To ensure your success in this role, you must have**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an IT Help desk environment
- Demonstrated capability supporting Active Directory, Citrix, and VMware.
- Relevant IT qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of IT systems, their use, and applicability in the service industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Google Applications (Gmail, Sheets and Docs)
