Key Responsibilities

* Assist with coordinating and implementing the marine works program identified within the marine parks management plans and visitor plan.
* Assist with Traditional Owner engagement within the marine parks to ensure stakeholder and community involvement in the marine protected area management.

In this role, you will demonstrate Personal Leadership to help drive positive change. You will work under the general direction of the Parks Coordinator - Lalang-gaddam Marine Parks and be responsible for:

Marine Estate Management: Assist with coordinating and implementing the marine works program identified within the marine parks management plans and visitor plan.

Traditional Owner Engagement: Assist with Traditional Owner engagement within the marine parks to ensure stakeholder and community involvement in the marine protected area management.

Administrative and Financial Management: Experience in, and knowledge of administrative and financial management, including project management, budget preparation and expenditure control within financial constraints.

This position requires strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. You will be required to travel throughout the region and work at various locations.
