You will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' stay by delivering exceptional quality and consistency across all food and beverage departments, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen, and upholding brand excellence.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Brigade, and Service Staff to guarantee seamless delivery of catering services for breakfast, à la carte Restaurant, and Functions.
