The Public Trustee and Guardian (PTG) for the ACT promotes and supports the rights, interests and life decisions of our clients and to deliver excellent trustee outcomes for the ACT community. We perform a range of functions, deliver services under a range of legislation, and work closely with other ACT Government agencies and stakeholders. PTG is seeking an ICT Manager who will have responsibility for managing PTG’s information systems; and ongoing management, support and maintenance of PTG’s emerging and legacy ICT systems. The role is responsible for developing, refining and reviewing PTG’s ICT solution architecture and desired future ICT strategies. The ICT Manager will manage, maintain and coordinate vendor specific ICT software systems, and provide ongoing technical support through the development and implementation of tools that ensure efficient and accurate data capture and reporting across PTG functions. The ideal candidate for the role will have demonstrated experience working in ICT or ICT-related roles including a working knowledge of ICT standards particularly for a government agency; and highly developed critical and analytical skills in the analysis of business systems and processes. Eligibility/Other requirements: Relevant formal qualifications in Information Technology are desirable. Driver’s license Class C is preferred. This position does not require a pre-employment medical.
