**Position in a nut shell**:
Covering Gold Coast to Goondiwindi and Coffs Harbour you will be the forefront of the business, taking control of a portfolio established of retail accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage existing accounts and relationships for territory
- Working with current and potential accounts including flooring retailers as well as staff across the business, to ensure continual growth of the territory and a premium customer experience.
- Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve set performance targets
- Provide revenue/budget reporting
- Identify new commercial opportunities and be able to establish trends to determine growth
- Raise the external profile and create good market reputation by developing client and stakeholder relationships
- Implement and manage territory business plans to accommodate changing market conditions and new opportunities
**Ideal Experience**:
- Proven field field sales / account management experience specifically with building products such as - flooring, bathroom/plumbing products, tiles, appliances
- Experience working selling through retailers or merchants
- Ability to work autonomously
- Stable career history
- Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations
