This role will suit a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with a refined design eye and the technical confidence to bring ideas through to delivery. You will work in a focused, fast-moving project team where your contribution will be visible, valued and genuinely influential. What you will do Lead and contribute to premium workplace interiors from concept through to completion Develop compelling design concepts, spatial strategies and material palettes Produce and review documentation in Revit Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders Collaborate with architects, strategists, designers, consultants and contractors Support and mentor junior designers
