Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence‑based assessment, diagnosis and treatment across a mixed musculoskeletal caseload (sporting, occupational, chronic).
* Utilise advanced tools (Shockwave, MLS Laser, gait/pressure analysis, SIMI, VALD/DynaMo, Pilates, hydrotherapy) to drive objective outcomes.
* Develop and progress individualised rehabilitation and return‑to‑activity programs.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation; uphold infection control, safety and compliance standards.
* Mentor early‑career clinicians / students and contribute to internal professional development.
* Collaborate with the podiatry team and external referrers to ensure coordinated care.
* Build and maintain referrer and patient relationships to support clinic growth.
Essential Criteria
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
* Current AHPRA registration and full Australian working rights.
* 2-3+ years' post‑graduate musculoskeletal experience (private practice or multidisciplinary setting preferred).
* Proven ability to manage and retain a full caseload ethically.
* Strong communication skills; patient‑first, team‑oriented approach.
* Coachable mindset-willing to learn, share and adapt.
Desirable
* Experience with running analysis, VALD systems, Pilates instruction or hydrotherapy.
* Previous mentoring or leadership exposure.
* Interest in leveraging data/technology to improve outcomes.
