Job Title: Technical Officer
Key Responsibilities
* Support hardware deployment, patching and maintenance in accordance with Defence protocols.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, coordinating warranty repairs as necessary.
* Collaborate with support and ILS teams to maintain serviceable stock and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This role involves working with ICT systems, including Dell, HP and Cisco environments. The successful candidate will possess highly developed knowledge of ICT Hardware, ICT Vendor Warranty Processes and Hardware Asset Management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* NV2 clearance or ability to obtain.
* Compliance with ITAR regulations is mandatory.
* On-call rotation participation is required.
