We're looking for a communications rockstar to deliver industry-leading communications strategies to drive and support revenue growth for Loan Market Australia (includes own-branded broker businesses).
Reporting to our B2B Marketing Specialist, this role is responsible for Loan Market Australia's events content and communications strategy to drive broker engagement.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Executive Director of Network Success, State Leaders, the National Manager - Operations & Partnerships, our Events coordinator and Growth team to take our broker engagement to the next level.
**Mission**:
In addition, you'll be charged with ensuring our brokers continue to be the most-awarded brokers in the industry.
**Activities**:
- Implement the Loan Market Linkedin content strategy, including calendar plan, content creation, publishing and reporting.
- Manage the broker reward and recognition strategy, process and communications.
- Manage the industry awards process for the Loan Market brand and the broker network, including:
- Collate and submit awards submissions for all industry awards.
- Coordinate award writers and submissions for broker awards.
**Qualifications**
- Marketing or Communications degree equivalent
**Experience/ Skills required**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 2+ years agency or client-side
- Social media marketing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite or equivalent (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Experience with EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot/ActiveCampaign)
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports and provide insights and recommendations
We are also seeking an individual with a proven track record in:
- managing stakeholders at all levels
- collaboration and working in a sales-focused team
- project management with a lens for detail
Experience in the finance, property and real estate industry will definitely be an advantage.
