Good Food Distributors is looking for an experienced Butcher to join our wholesale production team in Salamander Bay.
We supply premium meat to restaurants, clubs and hospitality venues across Port Stephens, Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Central and Mid North Coast. Our cutting room is fast-paced, high-volume and quality-driven.
If you take pride in your work and know your way around a knife, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Portion cutting and order preparation
* Working within a wholesale production environment
* Maintaining high presentation and quality standards
* Following HACCP & OH&S procedures
* Supporting daily workflow within the team
This is hands-on, practical work in a busy production environment.
Who We're Looking For
* Qualified or highly experienced butcher
* Confident in portion cutting
* Experience in wholesale or high-volume production preferred
* Reliable and punctual
* Works well within a team
* Takes pride in quality and consistency

The Details:
Full-time position
5 to 5.5 days per week

Salary negotiable based on experience
