Parts Interpreter Role
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for issuing parts to customers, handling phone enquiries and orders, and supporting daily warehouse tasks. The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issuing Parts: Provide parts to workshop and retail customers in a timely and accurate manner.
* Phone Enquiries and Orders: Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers, resolving their queries and processing orders efficiently.
* Warehouse Support: Assist with daily warehouse tasks including unloading deliveries, putting stock away, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

* Technical Knowledge: Basic technical/mechanical knowledge and ability to provide expert advice on vehicle parts.
* Passion for Automotive Industry: Strong interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to expand knowledge through training.
