We provide mining, engineering, civil and cadastral services and incorporate GNSS, total station and photogrammetry to meet our clients' requirements. We are located in the beautiful rural township of Mudgee, NSW nestled in the hills, just a 3hr drive from Sydney.
We are seeking a Registered Surveyor and a Land Engineering Surveyor to join our team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the key responsibilities of these exciting roles are:
As a Registered Surveyor:
All aspects of Cadastral Surveys and Client Support including Strata, Engineering and Project Management.
As an Engineering Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for, though not limited to:
* Site Measurement and Data Collection
• Carrying out topographic and land surveys to spatially identify topography, constructed features and boundaries
• Using modern surveying instruments (GPS, drones, laser scanners) to collect accurate data.
• Establishing site control points and benchmarks for construction activities.
* Setting Out and Construction Support
• Interpreting design drawings and plans, survey control and set out for roads, bridges, pipelines and buildings.
• Providing accurate survey control for excavation, foundations, structural elements and services
• Checking and adjusting alignments, levels and positions during construction to ensure compliance with design.
* Data Analysis and Reporting
• Processing survey data into formats including CAD drawings, GIS models and digital terrain models.
• Maintaining accurate records of measurements, design changes and as-built information.
• Preparing progress reports for engineers, project managers and clients, as needs be.
About YOU:
If you are a Registered Cadastral Surveyor or an experienced Engineering Land Surveyor with relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying or a related field, then please get in touch.
