About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Site Foreman to take charge of on-site operations for high-value electrical projects across Brisbane and regional Queensland. In this role, you'll lead teams, coordinate site activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on Tier 1 construction sites.
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Deliver electrical works in accordance with project timelines, safety regulations, and design specifications.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.
Maintain accurate site documentation, daily records, and reporting.
Drive a strong safety, quality, and performance culture on site.
Mentor and develop apprentices and junior staff.
About You
To be successful in this senior site leadership role, you will bring:
A current QLD Electrical Licence and extensive site-based supervisory experience.
A minimum of 5 years' experience delivering Tier 1 or large-scale construction projects in the commercial, industrial, or defence sectors.
Proven track record managing complex electrical scopes on high-value projects ($10M+), with strong coordination across trades, subcontractors, and consultants.
Deep understanding of construction programs, design documentation, and technical specifications.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage large teams and drive performance under pressure.
A commitment to delivering high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases.
Confidence in liaising with clients, head contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders in high-expectation environments.
Proficiency in site reporting, QA processes, and on-site issue resolution.
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Aconex, Office 365, and digital construction tools (e.g. site reporting apps, online forms, and document control systems).
Construction White Card, CPR/LVR certification, and relevant safety training.
Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.
