As a Front Desk Agent, you are the primary point of contact for residents and their guests at our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Elevate the resident experience by fostering effective communication with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
* Implement efficient delivery processes in accordance with property-specific systems to ensure timely receipt and distribution of packages.
* Coordinate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits, to maintain a smooth operation.
* Provide guidance and reminders to residents and guests regarding established property rules and regulations.
* Adhere to all property procedures governing resident, guest, and vendor access.
* Respond promptly and thoroughly to resident inquiries, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
