DOGUE is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to help drive the success of the store As the Assistant Manager, you will be confident and energetic, helping to lead a great team of Retail Assistants and Groomers and drive our customer experience.

**In this busy role, you will be responsible to**:
- Assist the Manager in managing the day-to-day store operations
- Help lead the team of Retail Assistants
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for both our two and four-legged customers
- Learn how to train and motivate the team
- Create a great workplace culture and environment
- Manage inventory and merchandising

**About you**
- Experienced in a similar role, such as a Assistant Retail Store Manager, Personal Trainer or Gym Club Manager
- An outgoing, proactive and driven personality
- Ability to multi-task between two legged and four legged clients
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Must be available full time including Saturday
- Must have dog handling skills
- Willingness to learn and progress into a Store Manager role
- Focused on excellent customer service, client experience and sales
- Must love dogs
