About Central Gippsland Health
Central Gippsland Health (CGH) is a sub-regional health service and the major provider of health and aged care services in the Wellington Shire. CGH is located in the City of Sale, 215 km east of Melbourne, and serves three campuses (Sale, Maffra and Heyfield).
Acute services include a full-time emergency department, critical care unit, neonatal critical care unit, three operating theatres, day procedure unit, oncology and dialysis services as well as general medical and sub-acute services including rehabilitation.
CGH also operates four residential aged care homes in Sale, Maffra and Heyfield and offers a range of community-based services such as Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support Programs. A multidisciplinary allied health team supports patient care, and CGH is a leading teaching hospital affiliated with Monash University's School of Rural Health.

Central Gippsland Health is excited to offer the Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program, designed to support your transition from student to skilled, capable, and confident practitioner.

Program Structure
The program includes two supported 6-month rotations across our Aged Care and Sub-Acute services with opportunities to grow and advance your nursing skill sets.

* Maffra District Hospital
* Wilson Lodge
* Stretton Park
Program Inclusions
* Comprehensive onboarding and supernumerary time
* Four paid study days
* Support, guidance and mentorship from experienced nurses and clinical educators
* Exposure to both Aged Care and Sub-Acute settings

Eligibility
* Be newly registered Enrolled Nurses (within the last two years)
* Hold current AHPRA registration
* Not have previously completed an EN Graduate Year
