What You'll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, suppliers and key stakeholders
* Promoting and embedding the Local Buying Program across your region
* Supporting suppliers through onboarding, compliance, and database management
* Analysing engagement data and preparing reports that inform future activity
* Delivering training sessions and representing the program at industry events
* Working collaboratively with internal teams, while managing your own portfolio and schedule day-to-day
What We're Looking For
* Proven ability to work
independently while contributing positively to a team environment
* Strong communication skills with a warm, professional, and confident style
* A thoughtful, organised approach with attention to detail
* Experience in business development, procurement, community engagement or similar
* Confidence using systems, data, and reporting tools (MS Office proficiency essential)
* A genuine interest in supporting small business and Indigenous economic participation
Experience with procurement processes or large-scale operations environments (such as resources or infrastructure) will be highly regarded.

* A supportive, values-led team culture built on
Respect, Integrity, Trust, and Empathy
* Autonomy in your role, with structure and support when you need it
* Opportunities to learn, grow and broaden your impact across regions
If you're someone who enjoys
meaningful work, clear purpose, thoughtful problem-solving and strong relationships
— and you like being trusted to manage your day while staying connected to a wider team — we'd love to hear from you.
