On the job you will:

• Provide secure, high‐quality, person‐centered care to residents
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Support residents' independence, dignity, and well‐being
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff
• Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards

What you bring:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
• Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (experience within a RAC is a must)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
• Valid Working Rights in Australia
• First Aid and CPR
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID‐19)
