We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Grounds & Building Maintenance Officer to join our team.
What you will do:
* Coordinate and undertake basic garden maintenance as required, including pruning, weeding, spraying, and fertilising
* Establish and maintain systems and routines to ensure all machinery, infrastructure, equipment, materials, consumables, and grounds are well maintained
* Manage effective and efficient irrigation and watering systems
* Proactively monitor, coordinate, and undertake repair and maintenance work across the school, including painting, minor construction, and general repairs, while ensuring WHS standards are maintained
* Ensure building and grounds security at all times
What you will bring:
* Demonstrated experience in facilities repair and maintenance and the upkeep of grounds
* Experience with irrigation and watering systems
* Demonstrated ability to safely operate and maintain a wide range of tools, machinery, and equipment
