Rural Contracting Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Fencing/Agriculture Labourer to join our team in Gawler, SA. In this versatile role, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to the maintenance and development of our farming and agricultural services.
What you'll be doing
* Constructing and repairing fencing on rural and agricultural properties
* Assisting with general farm maintenance tasks, including livestock care, machinery operation, and land management
* Carrying out a variety of physical labour duties to support the overall operations of the business
* Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients
* Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
What we're looking for
* Experience in fencing and/or general agricultural labour, preferably in a rural or farming setting
* A strong work ethic, physical fitness, and the ability to perform manual tasks
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
* A commitment to safety and a willingness to learn and follow all relevant policies and procedures
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate farm machinery and equipment (desirable)
