Job Summary
This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong commercial mindset. You will play a key role in supporting business operations by assisting with contract processes, managing intellectual property-related matters, and coordinating with legal counsel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and service contracts
* Providing expert advice to internal teams on intellectual property topics such as trademarks, licensing, copyright, and confidentiality obligations
* Assisting in the development and refinement of internal legal templates and operational policies
* Preparing documentation and case summaries for referral to external lawyers
* Responding to general legal queries from internal stakeholders and assisting with risk reviews
