We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on various HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of top talent.
* Provide coaching and support to employees on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, records, and compliance reporting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs and policy updates.
* Contribute to ad hoc project work as required.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
* A sound understanding of Australian employment law, awards, and Fair Work obligations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
* Highly regarded HR qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree).
* Fluency in Mandarin language (written or spoken) is highly desirable.
* Experience working within multicultural organisations is also advantageous.
