CloudMarc is partnering with a major enterprise client to engage a highly skilled Quality Engineer with strong Retail POS and automation experience. This role sits within a large digital transformation program and requires deep retail POS knowledge paired with hands-on automation capability.
What You'll Be Doing
Testing retail POS systems, integrations, and end-to-end customer journeys
Designing and executing test cases across POS, payment flows, promotions, and loyalty functions
Building and maintaining automation suites (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
Working closely with developers, BAs, architects, and product teams
Identifying defects, logging, tracking, and driving them to closure
Supporting SIT, regression, and release cycles
Ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple POS devices and environments
What We're Looking For
Strong retail POS testing experience (mandatory)
Hands-on test automation skills using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools
Experience testing payments, EFTPOS, transaction flows, and POS hardware
Strong understanding of integrations between POS, OMS, inventory, loyalty, and backend systems
Ability to work across Agile and hybrid delivery environments
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong defect management and analytical ability
