Join a supportive team maintaining safe, vibrant outdoor spaces across Grampians Health properties. You'll work hands‐on with a variety of equipment, assist with small installations, and help deliver a reliable, quality grounds service. This role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to support a strong community environment. This role is 40 hours per week with a monthly ADO for a fixed 2 years with an optional 2 years extension
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain gardens, lawns, fence lines, footpaths and gutters
* Manage materials, stock levels and tool upkeep
* Complete gardening tasks as directed and support daily planning
* Operate powered tools and mechanical equipment safely
* Follow OHS and infection control procedures at all times
* Communicate clearly and work cooperatively across the department
Skills & Experience
* Grounds and garden maintenance capability
* Confident working independently
* Strong initiative and problem‐solving
* Flexible with changing work needs
