Senior Sales Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team focused on driving adoption and expansion of our technology solutions for healthcare providers (HCPs). This role entails overseeing account executives and provider solutions specialists, fostering platform adoption and engagement, managing operational execution, tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), and aligning sales efforts with organizational growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms. Key responsibilities include:
* Team Leadership & Performance Management
* Manage a team of sales professionals, consisting of account executives and provider success specialists.
* Set clear goals and expectations, provide coaching and support career development.
* Monitor daily operations to ensure effective team performance and accountability.
* Support CRM strategy with commercial operations leadership.
* Sales Strategy & Growth
* Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and expansion of our HCP-facing products.
* Create and maintain sales enablement resources and best practices.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to inform campaigns and roadmaps based on field feedback.
* Compensation & Incentives
* Design and manage commission structures aligned with business priorities.
* Track performance metrics and payouts; adjust plans as needed to optimize results.
* Territory & Account Management
* Oversee territory alignment and ensure optimal coverage of key market segments.
* Support equitable distribution of leads and opportunities to drive performance.
* Reporting & Forecasting
* Develop regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
* Analyze trends to support proactive decision-making and improve retention and conversion.
* Report on key metrics including team productivity, provider engagement, and platform growth.
* Retention & Attrition Management
* Monitor usage and engagement to proactively reduce attrition.
* Develop retention strategies and workflows to maintain high satisfaction and return on investment (ROI) for providers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within healthcare or software-as-a-service (SaaS).
* Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams.
* Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
* Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
* Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans.
