* Manage project planning and costing
* Oversee project teams, ensuring they work safely and efficiently

Key skills include:
* Certified IV in Local Government (or working towards it)
* Proven experience in road construction and maintenance
* Ability to read civil plans and manage risk
* A C Class licence (traffic management ticket an asset)
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
