About the Role

This leadership role offers you the opportunity to take your retail career to the next level with one of Australia's leading liquor retailers. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a fantastic store appearance and build an awesome team.

Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service that creates unforgettable moments for Australians nationwide.

You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products and grow with us, developing your skills and expertise in a supportive team culture.


About You and Your Skills

* You have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments and are eager to learn and grow.
* You are social, enjoy chatting with people, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* You are great at administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organized and visually appealing in the store.
* You are motivated by hitting store goals and boosting sales.
* You hold an RSA certification or are willing to obtain one if you don't.
