About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven and organised professional to support our Distribution Centre's smooth day-to-day running.
This fast-paced position involves supporting various tasks from payroll and supplier invoicing to procurement, export paperwork, and operations reporting.
* Invoice Management: Validate supplier invoices in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
* Procurement: Assist in sourcing office and warehouse consumables while optimising costs.
* Export Order Documentation: Assist in preparing necessary documentation for export orders.
* PSR Engagement: Investigate and resolve PSR tickets by liaising with teams.
* Reporting & Analytics: Provide weekly reports on warehouse operations and coordinate daily updates on order status.
* Employee Engagement: Support recruitment, induction, and onboarding queries for the DC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing various administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, procurements, and export documentation
- Investigate and resolve issues related to PSR tickets and employee engagement
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role within warehouse operations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with export order documentation (preferred)
