Clover Wine Bar is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise front-of-house staff, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a qualified manner
- Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and workplace health procedures
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability targets are met
About you:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage staff and coordinate team efforts effectively
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Understanding of workplace health and safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
