We currently have an opportunity in Erskine for an administrative superstar to work 19 hours per week Monday to Friday, who is customer service focused and loves a working day filled with variety! We are a dynamic company that has a passion for developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities. With over 20 villages across Australia, our vision is to provide affordable resort living in a safe community of like-minded people.
To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:
* A strong customer service focus with the ability to quickly develop relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to think outside the square and solve problems quickly and effectively.
* Complete tasks with accuracy and speed while maintaining high attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Work well within a team environment.
* Remain calm under pressure with the ability to juggle tasks while still managing to go that extra mile!
* Work both autonomously and in a team environment, happy to assist with any task and work towards one common goal!
Essential Role Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
* Current driver's licence.
* The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check Clearance as a condition of employment.
Desirable:
* Previous experience with systems including RMS and CRM will be highly regarded.
* Previous background in resort management or over 50's lifestyle resorts would be advantageous
