About the Practice:
Our Bupa Dental Arndale practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 6-chair practice. We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Kilkenny, SA practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking permanent full-time work:
* Modern dental practice with 6 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
* Friendly, fun and dedicated team
* Compressed working week, no weekend work ever, regain work life balance

* Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
* Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
* Making patients aware of dental services and offers
* Handling payments
* Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
* High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
You'll be:
* Available to work full-time, Compressed week Monday to Thursday – no weekends ever
* Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
* You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about customer service and patient care
* Organised with attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
