In this role you will deliver outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the duration of their stay.- Responsibilities;- Assist guests with check ins and check outs
- Cash handling and credit card transactions
- Taking guest reservations
- Handling general enquiries and answer internal/external calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments daily
- Assist the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager as required
- The part time position we are looking to fill requires a flexible person who is confident in their own skin but can also play well with others.- Skills & experience- Previous experience in customer service

- Opera PMS knowledge desirable

- Flexible availability over a 7 day roster - Predominantly weekend work required
