Financial Transaction Specialist


We are seeking an experienced financial transaction specialist to join our team. As a full-time or part-time professional, you will be responsible for recording all transactions, managing trust and practice accounts, reconciling accounts, and creating financial reports to share with management.


* Record day-to-day monetary transactions
* Trust Account and Practice Account management
* Invoice and bill management
* FOLLOW UP CLIENT PAYMENTS
* Budget development




Mandatory Qualifications:



i. Keep accurate financial records
i Ledger Balance books double-check account errors Complete tax forms assist in the tax preparation Process Accounts Receivable Issue Financial Statements Create Reports for Management Qualification Include balancing out book accounting Code compliance
