Job Description:
The Strategic Operations Assistant is a key role within the Corporate Services team, providing expert support to ensure seamless operations across various portfolios.
Responsibilities include leading individual portfolios, which may encompass facilities management, financial planning, human resources, marketing and events, workplace learning, and communications and executive support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position involves overseeing individual portfolios, leading them across the organization, and requiring self-motivated applicants who can use their initiative. It is desirable that they have an attention to detail, are able to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and communicate effectively as part of a team.
