Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and friendly service to customers daily
* Identify sales opportunities through proactive engagement
* Safely handle all products and ensure accurate order processing
* Ensure all visitors are signed in and escorted safely on site
* Attend and contribute to regular safety meetings
* Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Report any hazards, near misses, or incidents as required
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
* A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* NSW Class C drivers licence is essential
