Join the team at Ballantyne's as a full-time Leading Hand Roof Plumber based in Mandurah, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading plumbing company in a dynamic and growing city. As a Leading Hand Roof Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems.
What you'll be doing
* Assess and diagnose roofing issues, and provide appropriate solutions
* Install, maintain and repair various roofing systems including metal roofs, tile roofs and flat roofs
* Perform roof inspections and provide detailed reports
* Liaise with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
What we\'re looking for
* Formal qualifications in plumbing
* Extensive experience as a roof plumber, with a minimum of 3 years\' experience
* Experience in being a Leading Hand and/or Supervising team members
* Strong knowledge of roof plumbing systems, materials and techniques
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* A valid driver\'s licence and your own reliable vehicle
* A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
